Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience Skills:
- Cash handling experience, including operating a cash register and processing transactions
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of stock management procedures, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory
- Familiarity with using a cash register and performing cash handling procedures accurately
