Company Description Bellows Film Lab is a pro film lab and retail store located in Chicago. We specialize in developing all sizes of C-41, E6, ECN-2, and BW film and offer one-hour turnaround and carry multiple in-house scanners. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Bellows Film Lab in Chicago,IL. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring retail loss prevention measures are in place. Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Experience in store management and retail loss prevention
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
