Overview:

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Branch Manager in Port Charlotte, FL

Highly competitive total compensation package that includes a base salary, plus bonus and commission opportunities, with no cap on earning potential.

Compensation 36,000k-45,000k base plus commission and bonus

The Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of selling kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, counter tops, flooring products, and installation services. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to day-to-day operational management, order management, human resources, inventory control, reporting, store maintenance, sales, training, and other duties as deemed necessary.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or GED

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in cabinet sales and design or minimum of 5 years sales experience plus managerial experience in similar construction/home improvement retail environment.

\xc2\xb7 1-3 years direct Sales Management experience preferred, preferably in a commission based and/or goal-oriented environment.

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies.

\xc2\xb7 Capability of Inventory Control

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a retail setting.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Driving sales, customer service, and inventory control.

\xc2\xb7 Selling kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, counter tops, flooring products, and installation services.

\xc2\xb7 Leading associates to drive sales while providing overall customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Building, training, managing, and motivating a sales team to achieve goals, ensure efficiency, and provide superior customer service.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining a neat, clean, and inviting showroom and warehouse.

\xc2\xb7 Performing product demonstrations.

\xc2\xb7 Designing kitchen layouts using computer-aided drafting software

\xc2\xb7 Managing the loading or offloading of product
