We are looking to hire two passionate fashion stylist\xe2\x80\x99s to join our team today! *We are hiring for are our N Mississippi location.* Job Summary The Store Manager will oversee their designated store and demonstrate success by driving sales goals and providing amazing customer experience. They will have positive energy, a strong leader mentality and will be able to work independently as well as on a team. The Store Manager will be able to complete weekly operational tasks as well as meeting daily and monthly sales goals. They will be responsible for creating an upbeat selling culture with an emphasis on customer service and retail sales. Pay Rage: $19-$23/ hour depending on experience. Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
• This position requires OPEN AVAILABILITY, INCLUDING WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing sales team and training
• Maintain monthly and daily sales goals
• Demonstrate commitment to unique selling experience and support solution selling environment
• Plan and organize monthly promotions and events
• Assist merchandising team is upkeep of store appearance
• Maintain store policies and procedures.
• Ability to resolve customer issues that may arise and exceed customer expectations
