Duties

Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring stock levels are maintained and managed efficiently. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote store offerings and drive foot traffic. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies regarding employee compensation. Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a high-performing team focused on sales management. Monitor budgets and manage expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining operational standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Analyze sales data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and optimize store performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a strong understanding of retail sales principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and payroll management. Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices in retail operations. Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs. Experience in recruiting talent and managing employee performance is highly desirable.
