:The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for engaging with provider groups in value-based contracts to share and interpret data in support of helping people live the healthiest lives possible.Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Accountable for working with provider groups to achieve annual goals, evaluate progress to goal, identify/analyze emerging business needs, and conduct effective provider outreach and engagement for performance improvementMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of programs, processes, infrastructure and reporting and make changes to improve results and effectivenessAble to effectively work individually and as part of a team to articulate and coach provider partners in the complexities of value-based contracts, quality measures, risk adjustment strategies and aid provider groups through the effective use of data reportsCollaboration with health plan\xe2\x80\x99s partners to ensure risk adjustment strategies and initiatives are being represented with network providersMinimum Qualifications
