Cigna is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support the MD Live and Workplace care organizations.The HR Business Partner is accountable for delivering HR solutions and expertise to complex client groups to implement human resource strategies that support enterprise initiatives, achieve business results and enable sustainable growth.In partnership with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence this role facilitates the implementation of strategic program recommendations, prioritization and deployment in talent management, employee development, compensation, performance management, organizational transformation, change management and workforce effectiveness for the assigned client group and represents the voice of the business within HR and the voice of HR for the business.This role requires the HRBP to be a strategic partner for the business, executing on many facets of talent strategy, demonstrating the ability to solve problems, coach leaders through difficult situations and change, while tracking and monitoring changes and progress in the organization, with moderate support from leader.Key Accountabilities
