Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director - Product Marketing/Communications, the Strategic Marketing/Communications Manager (SMM) will have the key role in defining go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for Qorvo\'s products for respective business units. You will be a part of the Corporate Marketing team and responsible for leading the following marketing efforts for your business unit(s):

  • Creating partnerships with the business units to develop positioning and messaging for new products that enable the successful execution of G2M campaigns targeting key markets and end applications.
  • Leading, planning, and coordinating all marketing activities related to the promotion of a business-unit-specific product launch or marketing initiative, (e.g campaigns), including aligning to the business unit\'s design-in goals, revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Key focus areas include message optimization, digital promotional strategies and execution, preferred media, tradeshows & events, and sales enablement.
  • Co-develop and manage content plan, with business unit, including app notes, white papers, articles, blogs, webinars, videos, creative, regional, and distribution content.
  • Evolve digital program to include demand gen goals, SME generated content, creative, SEO/SEM integration, social media, CTA strategy, testing, workflows, and analytics to consistently exceed success metrics.
  • With support from web operations, define and manage all related .com product/solutions webpages in support of the business unit strategy.
  • Maintain real-time, ongoing management of all G2M campaigns, including monthly and quarterly reviews with programs details and KPIs
  • Coordination with the sales team to create integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Manage all web-based content on the Qorvo Internal Sales intranet, assuring the related business unit product information, including product presentations, information on a new product, updates on upcoming marketing campaigns, etc. are always current.
  • If applicable, driving global campaign roadmap and alignment for campaigns that cross multiple business units where Qorvo has a stronger solution message (i.e., automotive, industrial)
  • Build business unit/product-related PR strategy and be the contact point for target editors looking for content/article support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College graduate with marketing communications and/or advertising emphasis
  • Proficient marketer with at least 5 years\' experience in marketing, campaign management, public relations, advertising, social media
  • Semiconductor marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Creative, resourceful, self-starter
  • Knowledgeable with Google Analytics with strong understanding of key metrics related to marketing programs
  • Able to travel, mainly to support select tradeshows
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong account services skills with an internal customer focus
  • Willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively to accomplish departmental goals and objectives
  • Must be detail oriented, strong written and verbal communications, and superior organizational skills with a will to always wildly succeed
  • Possess excellent skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. Background in social media and/or graphics are a plus.
  • Open to working from locations within the U.S. Remote work as an option.
