The Strategic Planning Principal will guide Commercial Division executive leadership strategic planning decisions and provide advice that has significant impact to the division. They will lead the development of new initiatives that drive the overall growth strategy for Commercial Division. The responsibilities includes but are not limited \xe2\x80\x93 leading the strategic plan development process, analysis/qualification of growth opportunities by Line of Business (LOB), resource allocation and optimization, and driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in conjunction with cross-functional teams (includes but not limited to Finance, Product, CARMO and HR) to address cross functional needs of the division, assist in overall change management initiatives, talent management strategies, and divisional planning for the Commercial Division. This role also works closely with the Strategic Planning roles across the PBM to ensure alignment across divisions and proper rollup to the overall PBM strategy. This role will need to have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.Essential functions of the role include:Collaborate within Commercial Divisionplus cross-functional areas including, but not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 Finance, Supply Chain, Product, Operations, HR, New Sales and peer CST divisions to create and maintain overall Commercial Division Strategic Plan.Lead and oversight responsibilities for multiple cross functional work streams that are required to achieve retention, upsell, and growth targets outlined in Strategic Plan.Leads the oversight for SGA, growth strategies, and resource management for the individual Lines of Business within the Commercial Division.Lead strategic programs, processes and procedures to streamline activities within the division and cross functionally.Such programs and process to include: 3-5 year planning process, Voice of the Employee, Quarterly Business Review prep and all other ad hoc initiatives impacting the division.Work with cross functional area leads to ensure new processes are successfully socialized and adopted.Partners with peer roles across the PBM on initiatives impacting the PBM and global issues, meets regularly with peers to update one another on division-specific initiatives and problems that could impact more than their sole division.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About Evernorth Health ServicesEvernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
