Job Description

Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Contract Manager for their Atlanta, GA/Hybrid location.Responsibilities:

• Review upcoming expiring contracts and determine vendor contracts that provide batch data.
• Create a central repository to document:
• Vendors that qualify/ do not qualify to source / disseminate data through Snowflake
• Data categories, data consumers, consumption patterns, roles/access for existing contracts, spend, Business Owners etc.
• Compare expiring contracts to determine overlap in services and identify opportunities for savings.
• Work with the Service Manager to contact vendors to start discussions about delivering these files in Snowflake.
• Coordinate between Snowflake contacts and the vendors to set up the new routing of the data.
• Work with Snowflake to set-up listing in Marketplace.
• Track any changes to contract amounts to determine if any cost savings were realized.
• Work with the leadership team to define/update approach strategy and roadmap for 3rd party data management at Client
• Repeat this process on a monthly basis with contracts coming up for renewal.
• Weekly Status reporting.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand basic contract language.
• Communication, Time management, and negotiation skills
• Project coordination experience
• Issue tracking and follow up
• Project management certifications
• Prior experience managing contracts
• Prior experiencing working with 3rd party data providers.
