All we need is you.The opportunityEssential Duties and Responsibilities:General Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry into the 25Live scheduling system.Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.Record Keeping: Assist in organizing and maintaining office records, documents, and files in a systematic and confidential manner.Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and ensure proper functioning of office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and computers. Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and assist in ordering and restocking as necessary.Special Projects: Aid with many different various projects and assignments as assigned by office staff members. Such as client meet and greets and social media marketing for the department.Minimum Qualifications:Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate Day program at SNHU.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.Previous office experience or customer service experience is preferred but not requiredWork Hours:The office is opened 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday for office hours.
