Sodexo is seeking a live-on campus Student Living Manager for New Mexico State University located in Las Cruces, NM. New Mexico State University Housing & Residential Life by Sodexo is a robust campus department featuring eight residential communities housing approximately 3,000 students. We are committed to providing safe, inclusive, and empowering living environments for our students. Our goal is to create a sense of community and support for personal and academic growth that enhances the overall quality of life for our residents.
The Student Living Manager is a live-on campus position residing in the community that the position oversees. The position comes with a furnished two-bedroom apartment, pets and partners are welcome. The Student Living Manager is responsible for directing residence life programing, coordinating student discipline, and ultimately coordinating all residence life activities and student staff. Plans, schedules, and executes training opportunities for Resident Assistant team including annual in-service trainings, monthly training sessions and other trainings as necessary. Works collaboratively with campus and community partners while participating in committees and working groups including Athletics, Student Associations, Health Services, Student Services, and others. Manages the recruitment and selection process for Resident Assistant team. Assist in creation of annual budget and costing of student living activities in collaboration with the student living team and General Manager.
