Position Overview:



We are seeking an experienced Student Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting prospective students to our CNA program. The ideal candidate will have a background in school admissions and a passion for helping individuals pursue careers in healthcare.



Responsibilities:


Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to our CNA program.

Represent Illinois Nursing Academy at recruitment events, career fairs, and high schools to promote our vocational training programs.

Conduct informational sessions and presentations to showcase the benefits of our CNA curriculum to prospective students and their families.

Cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and healthcare facilities to increase awareness of our program and facilitate student referrals.

Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing support and assistance as needed.

Collaborate with admissions staff to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.


Qualifications:


Previous experience in school admissions or student recruitment, preferably in a vocational or healthcare education setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of the Certified Nursing Assistant curriculum and healthcare industry (preferred).
