, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving membership sales, and ensuring retention while maintaining studio excellence. You will be the keyholder and play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies, engaging prospective members, and partnering with the
Area Manager
to ensure studio success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
Make
50+ outbound calls per day
to follow up with leads, schedule Intro Classes, and convert prospects into members.
Consistently exceed monthly membership and revenue goals by executing proven sales strategies.
Deliver a
high-energy sales experience
and provide solutions based on member needs.
Build strong relationships with prospective and current members to ensure long-term retention.
Manage and track leads in the
CRM system
, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
Operations & Studio Management
Open and close the studio as a
keyholder
, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Support the
Area Manager
in executing marketing initiatives, community events, and pop-ups.
Oversee the front desk and ensure a smooth check-in process for members.
Handle member concerns professionally, offering solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate financial transactions, process payments, and manage studio retail sales.
Retention & Community Engagement
Foster a
welcoming and inclusive
environment for all members.
Build rapport with current members to increase retention and engagement.
Gather feedback from members to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create a
positive, motivating studio atmosphere
that aligns with Club Pilates' values and brand.
Qualifications & Skills
1+ years of sales experience
, preferably in fitness, retail, or membership-based services.
Strong ability to
drive sales
and meet or exceed performance goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and results-driven
with a passion for health and wellness.
Comfortable working with
CRM systems
and handling outbound calls daily.
Keyholder experience is preferred.
Availability to work
flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
