We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in food service management and hospitality. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team effectively, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to foster a positive work environment.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation standards, and quality assurance.
Handle cash management and POS systems efficiently to maintain accurate financial records.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Experience
Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management is essential.
Familiarity with banquet operations and team management is highly desirable.
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and POS systems is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team are critical for success in this role.
