The Position: RES is looking to expand our team by recruiting the right person to work on our install team. We are looking for a full-time employee that has construction and labor experience. Some responsibilities will include: installing PV panels(we train you AND pay you), loading/unloading materials, following instructions, jobsite cleanup, and general labor. You will learn how to install solar, wind, and battery power management systems with the best products in the industry. The position has led to apprenticeships, service techs, and other positions within the company. You can become trained in customer service, solar products, and even sales, in one of the fastest growing industries in the U.S. About Us: Renewable Energy Systems of Alaska is Alaska\xe2\x80\x99s largest renewable energy company, with locations in Anchorage, Wasilla, and Fairbanks. • 1+ seasons of construction, roofing, or labor experience
• Must be comfortable working from heights and ladders
• Driver license (required)
• Great work ethics and works well with a team
