This client is looking for a experienced and hardworking Construction Superintendent to join the team and make an immediate impact in the work and culture. • Supervise and evaluate all assigned personnel.
• Lead the site team throughout the entire project cycle.
• Ensure contract scope is understood by the entire site management team.
• Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment.
• Review and approve both invoices and requisitions to ensure all payments are correct to vendor.
• Administer a Quality Control Plan on site.
• Review and assist in creating scopes of work for each subcontractor.
• Create a baseline production schedule for the project.
• Hold preconstruction meetings with the subcontractors prior to each phase of the project.

Oversee a variety of complex commercial projects in Madison, WI|Competitive base salary up to $125K and high bonus earning potential

• 8+ years as a construction superintendent in commercial, industrial, or multi-family projects.
• Ability to lead project and manage teams of all sizes.
• Experience running projects from start to finish.
• Proficient with construction software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
