Whether it\'s a small renovation or a new construction project, we have the skills and knowledge to get the job done. We have quality, experienced superintendents that stay on site through the whole project to ensure a quality build that finishes on budget and on time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, including labor team, junior superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinating with local officials for compliance, permitting, and scheduling inspections.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating and empowering them to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional results.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of 3-5 years as a commercial superintendent roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and other relevant certifications preferred.
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
- Experience operating machinery, forklift, lull, scissor lift, skid steer, etc.
