Newly created Traveling Superintendent opportunity! This regional general contracting firm has amazing projects across the Mid-West (Minnesota, Minny, St. Cloud, Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Dallas, Kansas City, Columbia). They have a great project pipeline and are looking to add an experienced Lead Superintendent to execute existing new and existing projects on their growing team.

Reporting directly into the VP, the main duties and responsibilities of the Lead Superintendent will include the following:

• Supervises day-to-day work of crew and prioritize work at hand.
• Ability to effectively lead a crew on schedule while monitoring quality of work at hand.
• Effectively follow plans/guidelines while conducting regular safety meetings.
• Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation.
• Manage close out process and warranty responses with project manager
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings

• 5+ years of construction experience as a lead superintendent
• Previous Medical or Federal project experience is a must

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Ability to travel on a national scale
