Supervisor Environmental Services at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital in Colville, WA

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Facilities Services SCM, provides leadership and supervision necessary to coordinate the functions and activities of the Environmental Services departments at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital (PMCH); establishes policies, procedures, objectives, and work standards; directs and administers the environmental services program to maintain the hospital facilities in a clean, sanitary, and attractive condition. Assists in developing policies and procedures that are consistent with the mission and philosophy. Demonstrates behavior practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of our sponsors, Providence Health and Services, our founders, the Dominican Sisters, and Providence Mount Carmel Hospital\'s Standards of Conduct.

Shift Details: Full-time, Variable shift, 40 hours a week

Preferred qualification:

• 3 years Industry (hospital) experience.
• 3 years Supervisory/leadership experience in Environmental Services.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
