BME Fire Trucks is seeking a meticulous and data-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, collaborating across departments to maintain a streamlined and efficient supply chain. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing our supply chain's overall accuracy and responsiveness.



Your responsibilities will include:



Maintaining and auditing accurate part numbers, inventory records, and production data.

Identifying and managing duplicate parts and obsolete inventory to improve inventory efficiency.

Working with the Supply Chain team to generate reports that aid in forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling, providing actionable insights for improvements.

Identifying opportunities to improve data management processes and implement strategies that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Developing and maintaining documentation of data processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to established procedures.



Requirements:

Qualifications



What it takes to catch our eye:



2+ years of experience in a data management role, supply chain or inventory.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
