Job Summary:

This position will coordinate activities across the Supply Chain Department. Will have responsibility concentrating in Purchasing and Planning and Contract Management.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the raw material consumption against the production order throughout the project execution.

Monitor Progress on Meeting Deliverables and Ensure Requirement Compliance to avoid delays in execution/production

Ensure accurate project documentation is in place and relevant information is communicated internally to the respective customers (internal and external).

Maintain close interaction with clients on a daily basis.

Monitor progress on meeting deliverables and project milestones.

Tracking internal KPI's

Ensuring goods arrive in timely manner as to not upset plant production

Following up on open PO's

Compiling quotes for various requirements

Communicating with both internal partners and external suppliers

Education/Experience Minimum Requirements:

BE/BS with two years of relevant experience.

MS/MBA with one year of relevant experience.

Skills:

To perform job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Systems Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP), MS Office, MS Project, MS Outlook and ERP Software.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Conditions vary with the job, but most of the work is indoors in an uncontrolled temperature facility.
