This primary objective of this role is to effectively support all other Bastian Solutions personnel in using and optimizing the organizational ERP and related systems. This individual will help support daily operations, manage support tickets, and implement new system functionality. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accounting and ERP systems and would have an eagerness to support/collaborate with others.Job FunctionsMaintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and related applications including, but not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Support all activities related to Bastian business units utilizing organizational supply chain management business applications including ERP system and all supplementary systems\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate excellent customer service to internal Bastian customers by providing timely support on inquiries, issues and tickets\xc2\xb7 Work directly with business users to define current business requirements and help implement solutions utilizing the organizational supply chain business applications\xc2\xb7 Create technical design documents and work directly with software developers to help implement new system customizations and functionality\xc2\xb7 Test newly released system functionality and in-house customizations to better support defined business needs\xc2\xb7 Help train business users on D365FO applications functionality and processes\xc2\xb7 Cross-train with teammates to help support all organizational operations and initiatives when required\xc2\xb7 Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365 Finance and Operations - formally AX) is required\xc2\xb7 Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable of basic concepts relating to ERP, Finance and Supply Chain Management is ideal\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Project management methodologies and the Software Development Life CyclePreferred Skills and Qualifications\xc2\xb7 1-3 years professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Informatics, IT, Computer Science, or other related business degrees\xc2\xb7 Experience with D365FO Project Accounting ideal\xc2\xb7 Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SQL queries a plus\xc2\xb7 Excellent oral, written and customer relationship skills to support global operations.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Detailed oriented, experience analyzing data to drive strategy and results.\xc2\xb7 Strong willingness to take on new challenges, learn, and grow.\xc2\xb7 Strong sense of customer service (Servant\xe2\x80\x99s heart)\xc2\xb7 Comfortable operating independently\xc2\xb7 Responsive to requests in a timely manner\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with high quality internet.\xc2\xb7 Desire to succeed with a positive attitude and high level of integrity.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional time management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines at a time.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work extra hours and weekends, as needed.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint\xc2\xb7 Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorshipTo learn more about us, click here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wJsktTkF50Travel Requirements\xc2\xb7 up to 25% overnight travel (Travel expenses paid by Bastian Solutions)About Bastian SolutionsBastian Solutions, a Toyota Advanced Logistics company, is an independent material handling and robotics system integrator providing automated solutions for distribution, manufacturing, and order fulfillment centers around the world.
