The Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Manager to join our growing team.

Managers have a solid understanding of their client\xe2\x80\x99s business and demonstrate technical competence across supply chain disciplines. Managers can clearly articulate the value drivers of our business and are responsible for developing opportunities both for existing clients and new clients. Managers are responsible for job economics and for ensuring seamless project management. Managers develop future contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

You possess supply chain experience spanning across one or more of the following areas: Accounts payable, Spend Analysis, Procurement, Sourcing & Category Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier lifecycle or Third-party risk management

You have experience with source to pay technologies such as: Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Oracle (EBS & Cloud) or SAP S/4 HANA or other Source to Pay technology

You have experience with other data analysis technologies such as: Microsoft power apps, Process Mining (Celonis), SAP/Oracle, Visio, Access, Project, PowerApps, Power BI or Tableau

Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)

A strong ability to supervise and mentor small and large teams which helps you excel at leading and advising those who look up to you

An ability to apply advanced project management expertise, technical knowledge, critical thinking skills and innovative solutions to client engagements across various industries

An ability to effectively lead delivery on multiple engagements while supporting business development opportunities and assisting with practice management activities

An ability to support and drive proposal execution while developing a sales pipeline for prospective projects because of your exceptional client service delivery and active involvement in proposal opportunities

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\'s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related field)

5+ years working in Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory & Logistics, Supply Chain Technology, or related field) either in professional services or industry

Supply Chain related consulting experience is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Professional Certification such as Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional, Project Management Professional or similar strongly preferred

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $120,000.00 - $192,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 12%

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $134,400.00 - $215,040.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
