The Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing team.

What You Can Expect:

The Senior Consultant coaches Interns, Consultants, and facilitates the successful completion of project work plan. Serving as both role model and trainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve efficiencies. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates strengthen as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network improves. At the direction of managers, the Senior Consultant may accept responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

You possess Source to Pay expertise spanning across several of the following areas: Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier lifecycle and/or Third-party risk management

Experience implementing one or more technologies that support key Source to Pay activities: GEP, Coupa, Ariba, Basware, DocuSign CLM, Oracle Procurement ( Cloud) or SAP S/4 HANA Procurement.

Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)

A strong ability to guide and inspire junior staff which helps you excel at mentoring and advising those who look up to you

Advanced verbal and written communication skills that contribute to effectively presenting documented findings and recommendations to various internal/external stakeholders as well as executive level presentations

Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)

Ability to apply technical knowledge and problem solving to analyze data to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.

An ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that enables you to achieve your goals and drive success for your team

Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries.

Willingness to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across several industries.

Strong organizational skills, prioritization skills, time management skills and ability to undertake multiple activities at any given time.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\'s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related field)

2+ years working in Consulting, Sourcing & Procurement, and Supply Chain Technology or related field, either in professional services or industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in Visio, Access, Project, PowerApps, Power BI and Tableau a plus

Professional Certification such as Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional, Project Management Professional or similar strongly preferred

We travel throughout the month frequently based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $89,000.00 - $134,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 10%

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $97,900.00 - $147,400.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
