  • As a Supply Technician, responsible for control and accountability of standard and non-standard supplies and equipment, combined tasks concerned with receipt, storage, issue, and replenishment of materials for the Business Operations Division.
  • Closely examine and systematically resolve any discrepancies involving supply issues, normal supply and demand patterns.
  • Review and analyze requirements which are unique and determines impact on future material and mission needs.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid state driver's license and any installation or DOD operator's permit requirement for the type of equipment operated.
  • This position requires temporary duty travel (TDY) of 10%.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is .Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment, or parts; AND providing administrative support such as gathering information, compiling data, generating documents and maintaining files for supply management programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06)EducationThis job does not have an education qualification requirement.Additional information
