Job Description
This position is accountable for coordinating the activities of the warehouse/distribution, mailroom, and courier staff to insure proper care, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. The incumbent provides supervision for staff, including performance appraisal, disciplinary action and recommendations for hiring and terminations. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a high school diploma, four year degree is preferred. Must have a California Driver License with acceptable driving record. Minimum five years supervisory experience and a minimum of three years in warehouse/distribution with knowledge of proper care, storage, and distribution of materials. Perpetual/automated inventory management experience. Experience using word processing/spreadsheet, data management. POSITION DETAILS: Full time, exempt. PAY RANGE: $31.50-$41.50 LOCATION: Madera, CA
