As the Surgical Services Hospital Director you will be responsible for directing and overseeing patient care in the operative environment, including the Ambulatory Surgery, Surgery,PACU, and Central Services departments, Collaborating with staff, physicians, and Nurse Executive on nursing issues and hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met, and leading performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) initiatives.
