Kukio Golf & Beach Club provides a

wage range of $36.00 - $40.00 per hour+an addtional $6.00 per hour by participating in our monthly incentive bonus compensation plan

As a Sushi Chef, you provide leadership, focus and training for the team. Strong organizational, communication and time management skills are essential, allowing you to effectively coordinate with team members and prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure are also key attributes. Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment is expected, and knowledge of specific culinary technology is expected. Previous experience in a same/similar position is requested.


The position duties also include assisting the team in development and execution menus, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following all food safety and sanitation protocols, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
