The Citi Retail Services

SVP, Program Manager

oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple interconnected projects within the organization to ensure they align with strategic goals, meet deadlines, and stay within budget, by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies between projects, and communicating progress to stakeholders; essentially acting as a leader to achieve a larger organizational objective through effective program management.

INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct the creation of multiple programs and manage their alignment to business goals. Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management. Identify stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships with each throughout the program lifecycle. Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs. Work with stakeholders to ensure program and project scope meets business objectives. Work with program sponsors to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives. Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts. Identifying and mitigating risks, proactively addressing potential challenges. Managing and overseeing control design and operating effectiveness reviews, providing recommendations on enhancements. Drive adherence to program and project policy, processes, procedures, methods, and standards. Support Program Sponsors with ensuring proper resourcing for programs, even when those resources are owned by other departments, to ensure the program can be completed. Identify risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. Responsible for communications to leadership on program statuses, issues, escalations and risk dispositions on a timely basis. Responsible for general program oversight of assigned programs with a focus on readiness and on-time and on-budget delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of experience in Product, Program, or Project Management Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred 2 plus years of experience as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst 2 plus years of experience at creating decks, process flows, procedures, project/tasks/mitigation plans A strong understanding of business procedures, financial services, and technical terminology Organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Clearly understands waterfall and agile practices and principles, has experience in Scrum Proficient in Microsoft products: PPT, Word, Excel, Project, Teams, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
