The Systems Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology services. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting and enhancing our technology infrastructure, ensuring our clients and colleagues have the best possible experience. You will be at the forefront of technological innovation, helping to drive our mission forward.The Systems Administrator will:

• Monitor and maintain technology systems and networks.
• Install and configure software components.
• Manage and resolve service requests and incidents.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document and update technical procedures and user guides.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• 24 X 7 On Call responsibilities for various applications
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a technical support or IT service role. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with IT service management tools and practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial software and applications is a plus.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are a plus.

Location:This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the companyxe2x80x99s primary technology and operations center. This modern and environmentally friendly technology center will enable Zions to continue to compete for the best technology talent in the state while providing team members with an exceptional work environment with features such as:
