DescriptionLeidos is seeking a Engineering Tech Lead for a technical development program supporting the Sponsorxe2x80x99s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Engineering Tech Lead supports existing systems and provides the guidance to build new technologies You will have the opportunity to develop new policies and integrate them into an enterprise service. You will participate in deployment/administration of tools and integration testing. You will lead a team of database developers, systems engineers, software developers, cyber security engineers, test engineers, who develop custom user interfaces and rest services to management digital policies, assist in installation, deployment, and maintenance of products.Requirements:Active TS/SCI with PolygraphMaster's degree and 15+ years' experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.Leadership and project management experienceMust have experience with security accreditation processMust have experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web ServicesMust have experience in Systems Engineer providing requirements and system interface analysis for enterprise scale development projectExperience developing and maintaining interface control documents between components in an enterprise operational systemStrong communication and organization skills in order to provide support to development team and stakeholders on intent of the requirements and user storiesTranslating user requirements into agile sprint stories and acceptance criteria that is achievable within each sprintExperience with agile project management methodologies, including managing product backlogsHands on Experience with the customers A&A process to achieve system approvalDesired Quals:Experience with requirements management on a program interacting with and supporting multiple customersExperience as a Scrum MasterExperience with the XACTA security accreditation toolOriginal Posting Date: 2025-02-20While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range: Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
