Riverside Casino and Golf resort has an exciting opportunity to begin a career in the casino industry and attend Dealer School! We are dedicated to ensuring every graduate possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to become a qualified Casino Dealer. This course will teach you how to become a successful in the games of Blackjack, Poker and other popular table games.

Essential Functions:
Train to deal assigned games in an accurate manner, according to standard rules, company procedures and applicable gaming regulations. Train to shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers. Train to quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards. Train to exchange cash for proper denominations of chips. Train to pick up losing bets and cards from customer's betting area. Train to pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate place.

Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age. No experience is necessary. Ability to attend dealer school to learn policies and procedures of the games. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License. Must be able to quickly and accurately perform basic mathematical functions and calculate payouts mentally. * Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment with flashing lights.
