This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule from our office in Lehi, Utah.Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is a day in the life of a Talent Review Partner?Review candidates who have been through the interview process at Pattern and make an objective recommendation to the executive team as to hire or notWork closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to give them criteria for hiring the best candidatesManaging/tracking data through a spreadsheet and dashboard on all candidatesOrganizing candidates into folders and keeping up to data on all organizationDay to day tasks include: reviewing candidate offer packets, making recommendations on candidates, working on interview training and assisting with the hiring processFlexibility - You will have plenty of flexibility in your schedule and there will be ample opportunity to work about 90% remotely. There will also be times where you will work later to get all the work wrapped up.
