ROLE SUMMARY

The Change Management Lead is a net new role established to track internal and external partner changes and developments to Pfizer\xe2\x80\x99s Temperature Control Technology and Innovation (TCTI) and assess impact to Pfizer\xe2\x80\x99s global supply chain (GSC). This role will develop the readiness strategies for identifying updates to the supply chain; and oversee the deployment of communications. The Change Management Lead works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that timelines and impacts are identified across the organization.
This role will work under the leadership of Communications Manager to develop the communication strategy and lead the delivery of communications to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for holistically analyzing the impact of change to ensure departments, partners, and end users are prepared with the information needed to perform their roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the deployment of change management initiatives;

Oversees content creation and documentation deployment and distribution Responsible for ensuring consistent GSC presence, governance, and best practices across international markets

Responsible for maintaining strong coordination across all pillars of the organization and streamlining communications across PGS and involved cross-functional stakeholders.

PharmSci, Medical, Market Logistics, Legal, IO Transportation Responsible for actively supporting commercial-facing strategies inclusive of change management and communication plans,

Global Readiness Website & content development GSC Market and PGS site readiness consultation across various product supply chains

Define the appropriate communication deliverables to manage change impacts to ensure readiness among stakeholders and end user groups. Assesses change risks and implements mitigation strategies

Collaborates closely with client to develop product launch and market readiness strategies

Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 (5 years\xe2\x80\x99 or more preferred) overall professional experience
• Preferred change management experience in Pharmaceutical Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Product Management

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 5%-10% travel

Work Location Assignment: Flexible

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,800.00 to $151,300.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Pfizer compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned locally, the US Salary range provided does not apply to the Tampa, FL or any EXUS locations.
