Team Lead Assembly

Summary

The Production Assembly Lead is responsible for the organization, coordination, and management of the daily production schedule and leading and organizing the daily function for the production line team. This includes assisting in the assembly and training of all gaming machine-related products and the implementation of New Products and process.

What You\'ll Do

Train team members on different stations and tasks

Work with other departments to assure you have the parts needed for your build

Use digital add short process to obtain missing parts needed

Report out your progress throughout the day to the Production Managers

Raise issues that arise to your Production Managers

Have a game plan daily on how to complete work for the day and past due

Identify quality process and procedures to improve accuracy for all areas and do random audits of machines

Report out each night on the progress of the shift to all departments affected

Assist other departments as needed to meet business need

Complete all other duties as assigned

What We\'re Looking For

Good attention to detail

Experience with the following programs: Teams, Excel, Outlook, and D365

2 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in gaming or related industry

Ability to work independently
