Job Overview The Team Lead, Content Operations is responsible for providing leadership/direction to a team of Event Managers to ensure successful delivery of programs. Develop and mentor the assigned team of Event Managers to ensure their career path and growth. Scope of Work
Mentor and teach direct reports on department process compliance and customer requirements
Provide performance feedback throughout year
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports
Approval of time off requests/tracking compliance
Participate in new-hire interview and hiring process
Develop staffing plans to address sold project activity
Maintain comprehensive Operational Playbooks to drive team organization and optimal performance
Drive operational excellence and growth in collaboration with Sales Team partners
Participate in and contribute to monthly team department and management meetings
Attend program kick-off meetings
Monitor client contract compliance
Monitor invoice schedules
Manage timelines and logistical elements per project
Review/approve budgets and program financials
Assist Event Managers with project tasks when needed
Monitor hours/direct costs on a per project basis
Take part in client program calls when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
4 year degree or equivalent experience
Experience in successfully leading individuals/team
Computer proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Proven ability in Project Management & financial aptitude
Responsive communication both verbal and written, with high energy level and professionalism
Available to work across different time zones, specifically Pacific Time Zone
Possible travel for client meetings, site inspections and program operations
