Your analytical expertise will expedite revenue cycle opportunities for clients and the patients they serve. Every day you will monitor inbound client requests, ensuring theyxe2x80x99re responded to and resolved in a timely fashion. To thrive in this role, you must have worked in backend revenue cycle management where you learned the intricacies of RCM including how to follow-up with payers, reduce denials, and be willing to share that knowledge with a team of follow up associates.Herexe2x80x99s what you will experience working as a Follow-Up Team Lead:Manage, analyze, and audit assistance requests and notes from clients and internal teamsSet priorities and delegate work based on client needs collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other internal teamsMonitor and analyze denials and payer trends, identify root causes and collaborate with internal teams to address coding and billing issuesPrepare meeting agendas, report and analyze performance metrics, monitor and update SOPsFill in production gaps when neededRequired Skills:You feel confident performing payer follow-ups with commercial and government payers and can guide a team of follow-up associatesYouxe2x80x99ve worked in backend revenue cycle management where you learned the workflows and can use this knowledge to identify root causes when claims are deniedYou know how to create pivot tables in Excel to analyze data, looking for trendsFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.88 - $24.79 per hour .
