Summary

The Team Lead\xe2\x80\x93Technical HRIS will be responsible for coordinating daily activities of the HRIS technical colleagues and advised of technical system matters by consulting with operations and IT leadership. This role will proactively communicate and collaborate with team members to define priorities for technical problem resolutions. This position will also be the liaison to leadership regarding open issues and provide input on suitable resolutions.
Qualifications

Education

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of experience IT application development or related IT experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.

Experience

At least five (5) years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience in programming, development, report writing, or other related information technology field is required.

3+ years of Workday experience is required. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree requirement.)
