Role and responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist

As the sole point of contact many consumers have with our team, a Tech Support Representative plays a critical role in creating advocates for the companies we work with. Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in-bound service center, consistent with service and quality standards.

This positions provides technical support for Tempurpedic mattress bases and remote controls. You will be taking calls and walking customers through a variety of troubleshooting paths to bring the call to resolution.

*This is a hybrid WFH position, must be located within Treasure Valley. Please note training will be done socially distanced in our office for 30 days before we send you to work from home.

Pay: $14.75 - $15.25 per hour
