We are looking for a Technical Content Delivery Manager just north of Atlanta in Cartersville!

In this role you will lead a small team in the delivery of online and print technical content for customers. It is a part of a friendly team and great company!

Job Overview:

• Supervise up to 4 team members
• Manage delivery through online and offline portals
• Manage business relationships with vendors
• Manage and/or delegate department billings
• Manage Parts book publishing for electronic/print delivery
• Manage technical content document portal helpdesk and resolutions
• Lead and develop standardization and organization of department systems
• Manage translation workflow for North American products
• Manage multi-site technical bulletin workflow for select manufacturing plants. Ensure approvals are received, bulletins meet standards, and material is published on time.
• Manage distribution and support for technical literature, including distribution requirements, pricing, and disposition of print and electronic material.
• Manage Technical and Training Literature ordering site. Ensure site meets requirements to provide distributors access to aftermarket print and electronic resale material and internal factory stock material.

• College degree or applicable experience
• Expereience with Office 365 Apps, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Sharepoint preferred
• Five years experience with parts/technical manuals preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Previous experience managing others preferred
