Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Rep to join their team.You will be supporting the high-end technology and product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and great communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Title: Technical Solutions Reps
Location: Boise, Idaho- Onsite
Pay Range: $29/hour
What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?
- Manage inbound technical customer and reseller service events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements while delivering world-class customer service
- Collaborate with a culturally diverse customer and reseller base.
- Utilize structured methodologies for issue resolution
- 2+ years of documented job history in technical support
- Strong technical background in both software and hardware
- Familiarity with various computer applications, databases, remote access applications, and network configurations.
- Prior experience in a support center using ticketing systems
- Ability to de-escalate and prioritize customer interactions effectively.
