What You\'ll Be Doing
The Technical Supervisor will work together with the Facilities Manager, other lead technicians, and techs to ensure
all equipment and maintenance is up to standard to support our teammates and ensure members have the best
experience while visiting our clubs.

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure all equipment and maintenance is managed in accordance with the core

values and standards of United FP.

• Perform daily activities within assigned territory as needed to support the needs of the business.
• Provide support to all technicians with complex troubleshooting for equipment repairs.
• Act as liaison to landlords, property management, for repairs and issues requiring their attention
• Maintain solid working relationship with field leaders to create a partnership to best support the region and o

quickly resolve maintenance and equipment issues.

What You\'ll Bring to the Table:

• 5 years experience in facilities or construction.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time or as needed to support geographical area.
• Competence in making timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead technicians and partner with field leaders in accordance with the core values of United FP.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and subject to a variety of physical conditions in the club environment.
