Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for supervising assigned staff and performing radiologic exams by following established procedures and protocols for patient care and safety. Receives direction from: Director of Ancillary Services. Gives direction to: Assigned Staff.

SHIFT: Full Time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program. 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration or eligibility required. Current State Licensure required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Working knowledge of specialty equipment appropriate to supervisor role, procedures and protocols. Ability to follow and apply written direction. Attention to Detail when performing radiologic exams. Computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to supervise staff.
