Compensation and Benefits:

• \xf0\x9f\x92\xb0 Salary: Competitive, based on experience ($24.82 - $37.24 per hour)
• \xf0\x9f\x8e\x89 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience, with a 2-year commitment (Paid out early)

• Location: Richmond, VA
• Schedule: Full Time, Mixed Shifts (7p-7a), including Weekend & Holiday Rotations
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4:1 for personalized patient care
• Monthly Department Volume: 300 patients per month

Your Role: Responsibilities

• \xf0\x9f\xa9\xba Provide care in a Cardiac Telemetry Unit with a strong focus on cardiac, respiratory, renal, trachs, pegs, and wound care.
• Opportunities to move to specialized units like cath lab/OR, ICU.
• \xf0\x9f\x93\x88 Engage in continuous education and self-development.

We Value:

• \xf0\x9f\x8e\x93 Education: Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing (required), BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program (preferred).
• \xf0\x9f\x93\x9c Licensure/Certifications: Valid Virginia RN license (required), BLS (required), ACLS and PALS (preferred), TNCC (preferred).
• \xf0\x9f\x8f\xa5 Experience: 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in acute care ER environment.
