As we continue growing, we will continue offering the best and most-affordable vacation options out there!The goal of the Telesales Commissioned Sales Associate (CSA) is to create more revenue for the company by generating new sales and upgrades by contacting existing owners by phone.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and make phone calls to existing owners interested in upgrading or purchasing additional weeks
  • Upgrade VOA, and Travel Club Members in good standing
  • Follow up with new written sales Maintain a minimum net volume of $33,000
  • Make a minimum of 200 calls per day
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Education and/or Experience:High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
