Job Description
At American Savings Bank, our tellers are key in helping to make dreams possible for customers across the state. Role of a dream maker: As a valued member of our team, you will support customers with their important bank transactions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also get to know them by being curious and asking questions about their financial needs and goals so you can suggest the right ASB products and services to improve their financial well-being. How you will make an impact:
- Make banking easy. Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Record night and mail deposits.
- Provide solutions. Through building and deepening relationships, you\xe2\x80\x99ll identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. You\xe2\x80\x99ll explain and promote features and benefits of bank products and services and you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to meeting branch goals by referring customers to business partners as appropriate.
- Get stuff done the right way. Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
- Educate on anytime, anywhere banking options. Provide personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutions.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
