WHAT YOU'LL DO

Optimize and Prepare Design Assets - Resize, compress, and format images for web use while ensuring brand consistency Ensure Design Consistency - Align typography, spacing, and colors across pages and devices Adapt for Responsiveness - Adjust designs for seamless display across mobile, tablet, and desktop Collaborate with Developers - Provide design specs, troubleshoot implementation issues, and test final builds Enhance Accessibility and Performance - Optimize assets for fast loading and compliance with accessibility standards Create Prototypes and Animations - Build interactive prototypes or UI animations as needed Quality Assurance and Updates - Conduct design reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field 4-7 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio (submission required) Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, video production Experience using a PC Experience in responsive design and optimizing content for various screen sizes and devices

Skills and Attributes:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools Strong attention to detail Proficient in Brand Management - Ensures content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity across platforms Proficient in Design Optimization and Asset Preparation Strong Understanding of Design Systems and Consistency Understanding of User Experience (UX) and Information Architecture - Organizes content in ways that enhance usability, accessibility, and audience engagement Proficient in Prototyping and UI Animation Strong Quality Assurance and Iterative Design Skills
