The OpportunityDelaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Terrace Table Attendants to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Terrace Table Attendant, you will be responsible for being the face of the Terrace Suite and playing a critical role in providing excellent service to our guests. • Collaborate with the Terrace Suite team to ensure the highest level of guest experience, delivering quality service and genuine connections with guests
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, attending pre-shift meetings to receive instructions, timelines, and direction for the day
• Prepare assigned sections for service, ensuring all items are ready for guest arrival and maintaining stock levels throughout the event
• Review the day\'s menu, greet guests, answer questions, and communicate clearly about menu options and requests, checking identification for alcohol service where applicable
• Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the event, replenish assigned areas, and complete all closing tasks before checking out with the supervisor or manager
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently with grace in a high-volume fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering, or similar environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds for set-up, service and clean up of assigned areas
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• Variable temperatures - required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
