This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing product education, and representing SchureMed's brand with integrity and professionalism.Territories AvailableWe are actively recruiting for the following regions:

  • Mid-Atlantic: Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington, D.C.
  • Southeast: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
  • Midwest: Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri.
  • Southwest: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico.
  • West Coast: California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.
  • Mountain States: Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
  • Pacific Northwest and Alaska: Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.

  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales quotas by developing and executing a strategic territory sales plan.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and surgery centers.
  • Product Expertise: Educate customers on SchureMed's product portfolio, highlighting the benefits and applications of our solutions.
  • Market Development: Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
  • Travel: Visit customer sites, attend trade shows, and participate in training sessions as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the surgical, medical device, or orthopedic industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of surgical and orthopedic devices, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry's needs and trends.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.

  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
